Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, presentable, and result-oriented B2B Showroom Sales Executive to drive business growth through dealer network development and commercial sales of fitness equipment. The candidate should possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with in-depth product knowledge of gym and fitness equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Meet and build relationships with dealers, distributors, gym owners, and other channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical specifications, features, and benefits of fitness equipment.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all gym and fitness equipment products.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with prospective clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily sales reports, business updates, and maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, dealer management, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Sound knowledge of gym and fitness equipment is preferred.
- Ability to analyse market trends and competitor strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel for client and dealer meetings.
