Requirements
- Proven experience in IT services, software solutions, SaaS, web development, digital marketing, cloud, or technology sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Experience working with clients across India, the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and modern sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and technology needs.
- Present IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation offerings to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, discovery calls, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to design effective client solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports within CRM systems.
