Job Summary
We are looking for a Fe.ma.le Office Receptionist & Client Relations Executive with excellent communication skills who can professionally welcome clients, manage inquiries, handle leads, coordinate appointments, support sales activities, and maintain our social media presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to build a long-term career in client relationship management and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries.
- Contact prospective leads and schedule appointments.
- Guide clients regarding our services and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and management.
- Manage and update company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Respond to social media messages and comments professionally.
- Maintain office records and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Support day to day administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
- Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and in person.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Support, Client Relations, Sales, Telecalling, or Administration.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of social media management.
