Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to General Manager (GM)
Department: Logistics / Operations
Reporting To: General Manager
Job Purpose:
To assist the General Manager in daily administrative and coordination activities and ensure smooth communication between departments, clients, vendors, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the GM's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and business documents.
Coordinate with different departments for operational updates and follow-ups.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
Maintain records of meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion by concerned teams.
Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and branch offices when required.
Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative support.
Maintain confidential documents and company information.
Prepare MIS reports and share management updates as required.
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
Good follow-up and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator.
Experience in the logistics, transportation, or warehouse industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
