Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Assign leads and monitor lead conversion activities.
- Achieve team sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Track sales pipeline, bookings, and closures.
- Develop strategies for lead generation through referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and support deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, and clients.
- Arrange the clients data
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–7 years of real estate sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of team handling experience preferred.

- Team sales revenue.
- Number of property bookings/closures.
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.
- Site visit and customer engagement metrics.
- Team productivity and retention.
- Customer satisfaction and referral generation.
Pay: ₹38,436.78 - ₹65,684.79 per month
