Working Days: 6 Days Working
Location: Chandigarh
Salary: Attractive Package + Good Hike on Previous CTC
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Lead to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing and developing sales teams. Candidate must have hands-on experience in B2C Sales, managing large teams, and consistently delivering target achievements through strong lead conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle and manage a sales team of 20+ agents and ensure high team productivity.
- Drive lead conversion and sales closures to maximize business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion ratios and revenue generation.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Track sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and team performance reports.
- Conduct regular review meetings and ensure KPI achievement.
- Hire, train, mentor, and onboard new sales team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and target accomplishment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience is mandatory.
- Mandatory experience in B2C Sales.
- Proven experience in handling 20+ sales agents/team members.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and improving lead conversions.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on CRM tools will be an added advantage.
