Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and result-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support academic content development, question paper preparation, and student learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to develop high-quality study materials aligned with curriculum and examination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review academic content, study materials, notes, assignments, and learning resources.
- Prepare question papers, mock tests, practice tests, and question banks.
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with curriculum and examination standards.
- Conduct subject research and update content based on latest syllabus and industry trends.
- Support students through academic guidance and doubt clarification when required.
- Collaborate with academic and content development teams for curriculum enhancement.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of examination-related materials.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in teaching, content development, or academic support.
- Strong subject knowledge and analytical skills.
- Experience in question paper setting and assessment preparation.
- Excellent content writing and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
