Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Relationship Manager to build strong customer relationships, understand client requirements, and help customers connect with suitable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into appointments/opportunities.
Explain financial products and services clearly to customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Update customer information and interaction records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer servicing.
Requirements:
0–1 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Handling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
