Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our hydraulic machine production unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining productivity targets, and supervising shop-floor employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Store, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production procedures.
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift management.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production reports and daily records.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
