, Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development work required to meet client needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the applications being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience with application development and maintenance. - Familiarity with coding standards and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
