Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead the Kitchen Appliances sales team. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, guide team members, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage product displays, stock availability, and merchandising.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Coordinate with store management to improve sales and operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer durables.
- Prior team handling experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
