Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
- Handle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Amazon, GST, Operations, and other business functions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department stakeholders.
- Conduct candidate assessments and salary discussions.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining confirmations, and onboarding coordination.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Junior HR Recruiters.
- Train, mentor, and guide Junior HR team members.
- Assign daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Monitor team productivity and performance.
- Ensure recruitment trackers and databases are properly maintained.
- Support team members in achieving hiring goals.
- Reporting & Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
- Track interviews, selections, offers, joinings, and dropouts.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
