Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM-Workforce scheduling consultant
- Implement and configure Oracle Workforce Scheduling and Time & Labor solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce planning, shift scheduling, and attendance.
- Design scheduling rules, shift patterns, and workforce allocation strategies.
- Configure work schedules, availability rules, and time entry policies.
- Integrate Workforce Scheduling with Time & Labor, Payroll, and Core HR modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure effective workforce optimization.
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to scheduling, time entry, and workforce management.
- Provide functional documentation, process flows, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational guidelines.

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
- Exposure to global workforce management practices.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience in industries like retail, healthcare, manufacturing (shift-based operations).
