Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently and with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and verify data in various company systems and databases.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before input.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documents (digital and physical).
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entry.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain and clarify data.
- Perform regular backups and maintain data integrity.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school/Graduate and basic knowledge of Computer
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
