Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive, caring, and constructive relationship with children and their parents.
- Plan and conduct activities that are both fun and educational, supporting early childhood development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for every child.
- Manage daily classroom routines including:
- Structured learning activities
- Free play sessions
- Meal and snack times
- Bathroom breaks
- Rest/nap time
- Observe and monitor children’s behavior and development.
- Report any developmental concerns or behavioral issues to the management as required.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with young children (toddlers).
- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
- Relevant experience in early childhood education preferred.
- Ability to handle and care for toddlers aged 1.6–2.6 years.
