About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join the VERSEATILE team on a contractual basis. This is a hybrid role with travel required across Delhi NCR for client meetings, shoots, presentations, and on-ground activations. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, driving timelines, and ensuring delivery is always on track.
This is not a passive coordination role. We need someone who can think on their feet, understand brand context, and communicate with confidence, both internally and with clients.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts
- Lead client meetings, briefings, and presentations independently
- Coordinate with the internal creative and strategy team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Travel across Delhi NCR for client visits, reviews, and activations as required
- Track project progress, flag risks early, and keep all stakeholders aligned
- Support business development through relationship management and account growth
- Stay informed on client industries, including e-commerce and quick commerce trends
- Use AI and productivity tools actively to improve workflow efficiency, research, and output quality
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related agency role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university
- Working knowledge of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems, including platforms like Shopify
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude and NotebookLM for research, briefing, and knowledge management
- Comfortable using Canva for client-facing presentations and visual communication
- Experience with Miro for collaborative workflows, brainstorms, and project mapping
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for contact management, pipeline tracking, and client communication logging
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR on a regular basis
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and professional in client-facing situations
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to branding, design, or creative agency environments
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Asana
- Understanding of social media, performance marketing, or content workflows
- Experience managing or supporting e-commerce brand accounts on Shopify
Tools You Will Work With
