Job Role:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s medical devices. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, product presentation, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate products to doctors, biomedical teams, and purchase departments.
- Develop sales strategies and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate to close deals.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in healthcare/medical devices industry.
