About the Role
Visionfly College is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Accounts Lecturer to teach students enrolled in our BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration - Aviation) program. We are looking for an individual who can effectively deliver lectures, engage students, and provide a strong academic foundation in Accounting and Financial Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures in Accounting and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain accounting concepts using practical and industry-relevant examples.
- Encourage student participation and academic excellence.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and uphold the academic standards of the institution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of lecturing experience in Accounting at a college or university level.
- Proven experience teaching Accounts is mandatory.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Candidates must be sincere, dedicated, punctual, and committed to student success.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching college students.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Confident public speaking and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
