We’re hiring someone who is genuinely excellent with AI tools — not just someone who has “used ChatGPT,” but someone who deeply understands how to get high-quality outcomes from modern AI tools.
This role is for a fast learner who understands prompting, AI workflows, automation, and practical AI usage across research, operations, content, analysis, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize prompts for AI models
- Build AI-assisted strategies
- Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
- Test new AI tools and workflows continuously
- Turn vague problems into reliable AI-driven systems
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Good prompting and problem-solving skills
- Strong judgment and ability to evaluate AI outputs
- Comfortable with automation tools and AI workflows
- Curious, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented
