Amkay Products Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Manager to lead and manage end-to-end government tender operations. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, reviewing tender requirements, coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance, and overseeing timely bid submissions across various government procurement platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling tenders through GeM, CPP, IREPS, Defence, Railways, AIIMS, and other government portals. This position requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, OEM partners, and government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant government tender opportunities.
- Manage tender activities across GeM, CPP, IREPS, Defence, Railways, AIIMS, and other government procurement platforms.
- Review tender documents and ensure complete compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments for documentation and approvals.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch-related documentation.
- Monitor tender status, follow up with customers, and maintain MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor the tender team to ensure operational efficiency and timely submissions.
- Stay updated with government procurement policies and tender regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
