Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of all running architectural projects. This role bridges the gap between design and construction, ensuring that project plans are implemented efficiently, within budget, and in alignment with the firm’s quality standards. The coordinator will act as the primary point of contact between the office design team, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day on-site project execution activities.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve design and technical queries.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for the internal team and clients.
- Track project schedules, identify risks or delays, and proactively suggest corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Assist the project manager in preparing documentation such as meeting minutes, work schedules, RFIs, and variation reports.
- Maintain accurate project records including correspondence, approvals, and change orders.
- Coordinate material approvals, deliveries, and quality checks to avoid delays.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the design office and on-site teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or site execution within an architectural, engineering, or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and CAD/BIM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
