Preference: Candidates with B2C/B2B Tele Sales experience in Solar Industry will be preferred.
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing Solar Energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build their career in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses for lead generation and appointment scheduling
- Explain solar products and services to potential customers and decision-makers
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead status and progress
- Maintain professional communication and develop long-term client relationships
Skills & Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Regional language will be an advantage)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
