- Manage daily workshop and service center operations.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repairs.
- Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain service process as per company standards.
- Ensure proper job allocation to technicians.
Customer Satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure proper communication with customers regarding repair status.
- Improve customer experience during vehicle servicing.
Team Management
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the department.
- Prepare duty schedules and manpower planning.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve workshop revenue and labor targets.
- Increase service sales, accessories sales, and AMC packages.
- Monitor parts consumption and service profitability.
- Promote value-added services.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of safety standards.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and tools management.
- Follow company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor quality control and final inspection process.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
- Maintain records of customer feedback and workshop performance.
- Coordinate with management for operational improvements.
- Monitor warranty claim processing and documentation.
