Hobb International Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of T&D Hardware & Polymer Insulator. We are looking for a candidate who will oversee production, quality & high-voltage (HV) testing, ensure quality compliance with international standards, and optimize manufacturing machinery for polymer/composite insulator production.
Job Description -
1. Oversee the manufacturing of HV Polymer Insulator
2. HV Testing & QA: Execute routine, sample, and type tests (dielectric, impulse, and power frequency).
3. Equipment Knowledge: Troubleshoot and optimize electrical systems for injection moulding, core rod crimping, and automated assembly machinery.
4. Failure Analysis: Lead root-cause investigations into electrical defects (tracking, erosion, or interface breakdowns) and implement CAPA.
5. Process Improvement: Increase production and reduce down time. Optimize moulding schedule so that we get maximum output.
6. Documentation: Prepare technical test reports, SOPs, and compliance documentation for clients and auditors.
Required Qualifications
1. Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (High Voltage or Power Systems preferred).
2. Experience: 3-5 years in a high-voltage manufacturing or testing laboratory environment.
3. Technical Skills: Read & comprehend specification documents and assess our capabilities and develop new products.
5. Familiarity with manufacturing automation (PLCs/SCADA).
Strong understanding of electric field distribution and insulation materials.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
