Customer Support Associate – M2C Products
Languages Required: Fluent in English and either Kannada or Malayalam.
Job Summary:
M2C Products is looking for a Customer Support Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Provide accurate information about products, orders, pricing, and services.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
* Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain customer records and support documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
* Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
