E-Commerce Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist
We are looking for an E-Commerce Accountant & Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliations for our growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books.
- Record and reconcile sales from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST reports, TDS records, and support statutory compliance.
- Track inventory valuations and marketplace settlements.
- Generate MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, GST filings, and annual compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and e-commerce accounting.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and marketplace reconciliation.
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce businesses preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
