We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Production Head.
Position: Production Head
Location: Sojitra, Anand, Gujarat (Plant)
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in Production (API & Intermediates)
Qualification: B.Sc. /M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall production operations and shift activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity compliance.
- Achieve production targets within optimal cost.
- Monitor batch processes, deviations, CAPA, and related documentation.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams including shift in-charges and operators.
- Plan manpower and drive team performance and capability building.
- Support audits and validations.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost optimization.
- Ensure overall plant production planning, execution, and delivery alignment with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, compliance, and plant performance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Multiple products API & Intermediate manufacturing.
- Proven leadership in production operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory audits.
- Excellent team management and decision-making skills.
