We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Blik. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with healthcare or IVF brands is an added advantage.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts will be preferred.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, and takes ownership of campaign results.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
