About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5-axis to 9 axis machine operations and programming, coupled with expertise in production planning and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize multi-axis machine operations, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in precision engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of 5 axis -9axis CNC machine operations and programming.
- Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
