Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing sales deals. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable options.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and project information.
Requirements:
- 12 and graduation preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
