Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales professional with a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering and marketing expertise. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics)
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical products/processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales and industrial markets
- Ability to travel for client meetings
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
