We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support our Procurement team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to procurement processes, vendor coordination, documentation management, and purchase operations in a professional work environment.
Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain purchase-related records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment status.
- Compare quotations and prepare basic procurement-related reports and data summaries.
- Assist in purchase order creation, processing, and approval coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill procurement requirements.
- Support the procurement team in routine operational and administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn procurement operations.
Learning & Development
- Training will be provided across multiple projects, offering interns hands-on exposure to diverse procurement activities and processes, and based on performance, may be considered for the Trainee position.
