Job Summary
The HR Manager – Recruitment & Policy Implementation is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, implementing and monitoring HR policies, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting employee relations, and driving HR best practices across the organization. The role focuses on attracting and retaining talent while ensuring consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
- Negotiate salary packages and issue offer letters.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical positions.
HR Policy Implementation
- Implement and monitor all HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across departments.
- Ensure employees are aware of company policies through induction and regular communication.
- Review and recommend policy updates based on organizational requirements and legal changes.
- Monitor adherence to attendance, leave, discipline, code of conduct, and workplace policies.
- Conduct policy awareness and compliance sessions for employees.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Promote a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Assist department heads in setting KPIs and performance goals.
- Track employee probation confirmations and annual reviews.
- Recommend training and development initiatives based on performance.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and experience certificates.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee databases and HRIS accurately.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory obligations.
- Support statutory audits and labour inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and HR dashboards.
- Analyze recruitment effectiveness, attrition, and manpower trends.
- Present HR reports to management on a periodic basis.

Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Administration/MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Additional HR certifications will be an advantage.
- Tally Knowledge
Experience
- 5 years of HR experience .
- Experience in recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Manufacturing, poultry, FMCG, or industrial sector experience is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
