Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for online course inquiries.
- Guide students about available courses and services.
- Explain course details and benefits professionally.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain student data and daily call records.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team.
- Resolve basic student queries related to courses and admissions.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
