Position: HR Recruiter

Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities.
- Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar/white-collar recruitment for manufacturing positions.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Basic MS Excel, Word, and Email knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹9,371.25 - ₹30,892.45 per month
