We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Activities - Head of Department (HOD) to join our growing team in the education sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching and leadership skills and a passion for promoting physical activity and healthy habits in our students.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum that aligns with national standards and school goals.
-Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into other subject areas and school-wide programs.
-Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
-Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide individualized support where necessary.
-Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
-Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and encourage their involvement in promoting a physically active lifestyle.
-Proven leadership experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.
-Knowledge of current physical education trends, research, and best practices.
-Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
-Willingness to work unconventional hours, participate in school events, and attend professional development sessions.
