Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and according to approved drawings and specifications. The role requires effective coordination with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all on-site interior fit-out activities.
- Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, HVAC technicians, and other subcontractors.
- Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for technical or commercial matters.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Verify material deliveries and monitor inventory at the site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material availability.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and work completion updates.
- Attend client meetings and provide project status updates when required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the project site.
- Assist in project handover, snag rectification, and final client inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential, commercial, or office projects.
- Experience supervising multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with interior materials, finishes, and installation methods.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
