Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Associate – Content & Brand to lead our content marketing, social media, brand visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating impactful content, building brands, growing digital communities, and translating technical concepts into engaging stories for a B2B audience. You'll work closely with senior leadership to strengthen Modular Pulse's digital presence and brand positioning across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, LinkedIn articles, case studies, and website content.
- Create compelling content that positions the company and its leadership as industry experts.
- Translate technical construction and engineering concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Support founder branding through high-quality thought leadership content.
Social Media & Organic Growth
- Manage content planning and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance.
PR & Brand Visibility
- Identify PR opportunities through industry publications, media platforms, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
- Build relationships with media partners and industry associations.
- Manage company announcements, press releases, and brand communications.
Events & Marketing Collateral
- Coordinate the company's participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
- Develop brochures, product catalogues, company profiles, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Work closely with designers to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Support sales and business development teams with client presentations and marketing assets.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency across all digital and offline marketing materials.
- Manage brand assets, templates, and messaging guidelines.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for business brands.
- Knowledge of content strategy, SEO fundamentals, and social media analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills are preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
