Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Bhopal. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with clients or internal stakeholders. Daily activities include posting job openings, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, providing timely updates to hiring managers, and supporting employer branding and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess candidate fit and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Candidates should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing; experience in agency or corporate hiring is an advantage.
- Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
