Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for the design review, execution, coordination, quality control, and monitoring of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related MEP services. Experience in high-rise residential developments is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor installation of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ventilation, and water supply systems.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction and installation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare progress reports, site reports, and documentation related to project execution.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Assist in project handover, snag rectification, and closeout activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP execution, site engineering, or project engineering.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Services systems.
- Familiarity with NBC, ASHRAE, IS Codes, and local statutory requirements.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with reputed real estate developers, EPC contractors, or MEP contractors.
- Exposure to luxury/high-rise residential developments.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in the execution and coordination of MEP mechanical systems for high-rise residential projects and should be able to independently manage site activities and stakeholder coordination.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
