Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective Hindi language instruction to students across various grade levels.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and a love for the Hindi language and culture.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development programs as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hindi or a related field from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience teaching Hindi, preferably in a high school setting, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
