Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide clerical support. Salary Range
₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Key Responsibilities
- Reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain physical and digital filing systems accurately.
- Data Entry: Update daily logs, expenses, and visitor registers.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and order stationery or kitchen pantry items.
- Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
- Housekeeping: Supervise cleaning staff to ensure office cleanliness.
- Assistance: Help management with basic scheduling and meeting arrangements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
Pay: ₹8,647.13 - ₹15,000.00 per month
