Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
