Job Description – Accounts Executive
Position: Accounts Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers are not eligible)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations. Candidates with practical accounting experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and bank records.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment processing and documentation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree .
- 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Preferred
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
