Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive with a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and driving sales through lead conversion, upselling, and cross-selling. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Mentor and support junior customer care executives by sharing best practices and providing guidance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and service metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 9-15 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer success, with proven sales experience.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits as per company policy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
