Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud with 8–10 years of expertise in digital experience platforms, marketing technology, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional knowledge across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer experience solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable digital transformation initiatives focused on customer journey orchestration, personalization, content supply chain, and marketing operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdobe Experience Cloud Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Design integrated architectures across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP), AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
- Define data flows, integration strategies, and customer journey orchestration frameworks.
- Develop content supply chain models aligned with enterprise marketing objectives.
Customer Journey & Personalization (Adobe Journey Optimizer)
- Design and implement real-time customer journeys.
- Configure triggers, decisioning rules, personalization, and orchestration workflows.
- Enable omnichannel engagement across Email, SMS, Web, Mobile Push, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns using segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP / Real-Time CDP)
- Implement unified customer profiles by integrating enterprise data sources.
- Configure identity resolution, audience segmentation, and profile activation.
- Enable real-time personalization and behavioral targeting.
- Ensure data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance.
AEM Assets & Digital Asset Management
- Manage digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM).
- Establish asset governance, metadata, taxonomy, and content reuse strategies.
- Improve content lifecycle management and asset performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and creative teams to streamline content operations.
Adobe Workfront
- Implement and optimize Adobe Workfront for marketing operations.
- Automate campaign planning, approvals, and workflow management.
- Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud applications.
- Improve campaign execution efficiency and operational visibility.
Adobe GenStudio & AI-enabled Marketing
- Drive adoption of Adobe GenStudio and AI-powered content generation.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven personalization and campaign optimization.
- Support automated content creation and scalable performance marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing teams to enhance content velocity using AI.
Integration & Enterprise Architecture
- Design integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, middleware, and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams.
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on Adobe best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Digital Experience Platforms, Marketing Technology, or Enterprise Applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM)
- Adobe Workfront
- Adobe GenStudio (or equivalent AI-powered content platforms)
- Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST services, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing and content automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem integration best practices.
