About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Content Writer to develop engaging educational content for students from Grade 3 to Grade 10. The ideal candidate will work closely with academic experts and psychologists to create age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned learning materials that support both academic growth and student well-being.
Key Responsibilities Academic Content Development
- Create and edit educational content for Grades 3–10 across various subjects.
- Develop worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, activity sheets, and study materials.
- Ensure content aligns with relevant curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Simplify complex concepts into engaging, student-friendly language.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Psychology-Based Learning Support
- Collaborate with psychologists to integrate age-appropriate social-emotional learning (SEL) concepts into academic content.
- Create activities that promote critical thinking, emotional intelligence, confidence, and positive learning habits.
- Adapt content according to the cognitive and developmental needs of different age groups.
- Support the creation of student wellness, life skills, and behavioral development materials.
Quality & Review
- Proofread and revise content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Incorporate feedback from academic reviewers, psychologists, and curriculum specialists.
- Maintain content quality standards and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Child Development, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Understanding of child learning and developmental stages.
- Ability to write content suitable for different grade levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in academic content writing, educational publishing, or e-learning.
- Background in psychology or experience working with psychologists is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or other school curricula.
- Knowledge of social-emotional learning (SEL) frameworks.

Salary Range
₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (depending on qualifications and experience)

Pay: ₹13,238.09 - ₹34,688.12 per month
