Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote our Labour Workforce Management Platform. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, and onboarding businesses such as construction companies, contractors, factories, warehouses, and other organizations requiring daily labour and workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new clients for the labour workforce management platform.
* Build relationships with construction companies, contractors, factories, warehouses, and businesses requiring labour services.
* Develop B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
* Generate corporate tie-ups and strategic business partnerships.
* Explain platform benefits and workforce solutions to potential clients.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable workforce solutions.
* Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, internet research, and market analysis.
* Achieve lead-based sales targets.
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
* Support operational activities when required.
* Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and documentation.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Word, Basic Excel, internet surfing, and MS Office tools.
* Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
* Good personality with professional communication skills.
* 12th Pass and above preferred.

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives upto 50,000 (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
