Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Franchise Manager to identify, develop, and support franchise partners throughout their business journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting provided leads into successful franchise partnerships and ensuring ongoing franchisee satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify franchise prospects from company-provided leads.
- Present franchise opportunities and explain the business model, investment requirements, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into franchise partners.
- Travel to various locations to meet prospective franchisees and support franchise development activities.
- Assist franchisees during onboarding, setup, launch, and operational stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners throughout their tenure.
- Coordinate training, marketing, and operational support for franchisees.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Address franchisee concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, conversions, visits, and partner communications.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on franchise development and partner performance.
Requirements
- Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management and Total 6+ years of experience in Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in franchise sales or franchise operations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchise accounts.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
