Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Handle documentation related to employees, vendors, and students (if applicable)
- Ensure proper filing systems (physical & digital)
3. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales)
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
4. Vendor & Facility Management
- Liaise with vendors for services like housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
- Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service schedules
- Ensure office infrastructure is well-maintained
5. Event & Activity Support
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and activities
- Support arrangements for internal programs (e.g., training sessions, celebrations)
6. Compliance & Support
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Support audits and compliance documentation
- Assist HR in onboarding formalities and employee support activities
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
